Mr. Sokolski worked on nonproliferation issues under Secretary of Defense Paul Wolfowitz and has authored and edited a number of works on proliferation-related issues.

Mr. Rademaker served as Policy Director for National Security Affairs and Senior Counsel for Sen. Bill Frist. He was confirmed as an Assistant Secretary of State in 2002.
